Sustainability & environmental responsibility

The Pettinaroli company started its journey towards a more environmentally friendly and sustainable production and a better work environment years ago and we focus on sustainability when developing our products. Both quality and sustainability is a part of our DNA. We wish to lead this development and we are not afraid of investing in eco-friendly actions. We push for standards and legislation concerning sustainability because our mindset is; if we can, we must!

Pettinaroli has not yet reached our goal but we are on the right track with the right attitude.

Certifications & approvals

Our valves are approved under either GDV, VA, DVGW or NSF. We have worked out a complete list of our valid approvals as well as approvals that are currently being processed. Find the list here>>

ISO 9001

With ISO 9001:2015 we implement efficient processes as well as improve operation efficiency to ensure that the right decisions are made within our organisation.

ISO 14001

With ISO 14001:2015 we commit to reduce our environmental impact.

ISO 50001

ISO 50001:2011 energy management is the international standard developed by ISO, which provides an acknowledged frame of work to control energy efficiency.

EcoVadis

The EcoVadis certificate covers a wide range of non-financial benchmarks including environment, work and human rights, ethics and sustainable purchasing.

OQC

Certificate to ensure that an independent organisation has examined our products to comply with specific standards in terms of security, quality, sustainability and performance.

Sustainability Manifesto
At Pettinaroli we always try to focus on sustainability, our environment and the 17 sustainable development goals.

This applies both to our production processes and materials as well as our company has as whole.

We know that it is a long journey but we will do ours to reduce our environmental impact and at the same time deliver products in great quality.
