The process of customizing the products usually starts with the customer presenting a task at hand and we will work out a proposal on how to solve the task taking the customers specifications into consideration; those could be rather simple things such as dimensions, connectivity options, pressure, temperature, brass alloys, approvals etc. as well as more complex demands such as minimal and maximum flow, flow linearity, pre-settings, integrated filter etc.

To avoid any unnecessary waste of time as well as ensuring that the technical specifications are 100% accurate, Pettinaroli A/S recommend participating early in the innovation process and we will gladly provide you with any technical expertise necessary.

When the product is developed and the first deliveries agreed, Pettinaroli A/S will arrange a backup storage of the products to ensure a satisfying lead time.
